These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Shoei44 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Shoei44 website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, "the Platform").

To register and maintain an Account on Shoei44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Shoei44 operates a strict minimum age policy in line with internationally recognised standards for casino and sports betting services. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (individual) and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of Shoei44 or any affiliated company, without prior written consent from the Company.

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration and keep that information updated at all times.

Each eligible individual may register onlyone (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Malaysian mobile phone number
• Preferred deposit currency (Malaysian Ringgit — MYR)

Upon registration, Shoei44 may initiate a KYC verification process. You agree to provide any identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification documents reasonably requested by the Company within the timeframe specified. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account limitations, deposit restrictions, or withdrawal holds until verification is satisfied.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.

You agree to notify Shoei44 immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your Account security. Shoei44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials or from your failure to report a security breach in a timely manner.

All transactions conducted through your Account — including bets, deposits, and withdrawals — are assumed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of unauthorised access prior to such a transaction occurring.

Shoei44 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all connections and recommends that users enable two-factor authentication where available to further protect their accounts.

Shoei44 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of verified local payment methods, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, 7-Eleven CliQ prepaid vouchers, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

• All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Shoei44 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Shoei44 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which Shoei44 assumes no responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt and are subject to standard blockchain network confirmation delays.
• Shoei44 reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified, that originates from an unrecognised source, or that is flaged by our fraud detection systems.
• Funds deposited into your Shoei44 Account do not accrue interest.

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the Account, and only to accounts registered in the Player's own name. This anti-money-laundering policy applies to all withdrawal requests without exception.

• Withdrawals are processed subject to a completed and approved KYC verification on the Account. Accounts with incomplete KYC may experience withdrawal delays.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed in under 5 minutes following internal approval.
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank typically process within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Direct bank wire transfers may take between 15 and 60 minutes depending on inter-bank clearing schedules.
• All stated processing times are estimates and may vary under exceptional circumstances including public holidays, system maintenance, or heightened fraud review requirements.
• Shoei44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual in size, frequency, or origin.
• Winings derived entirely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

Shoei44 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotional page, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

The following general bonus rules apply across all Shoei44 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have a fully verified Account in good standing.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Shoei44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Players who attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent any promotional offer — including through multi-accounting, the use of automated tools, or collusion — will have their bonuses cancelled and their Accounts reviewed for potential suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and have no cash value unless and until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Birthday bonuses are credited based on the date of birth provided during registration and verified through KYC. False date of birth information will result in bonus forfeiture.
• Referral bonuses are subject to the referred friend completing registration with a valid, unique account and meeting the minimum qualifying deposit threshold.

All bets placed on the Shoei44 Platform — including sports betting on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other covered markets, as well as casino gameagers on slots and live dealer tables — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Shoei44 does not accept bet cancellations after confirmation except in circumstances where a technical error caused the bet to be placed incorrectly, as determined by the Company at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a game, match, or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, Shoei44's settlement rules for that market will apply as published on the Platform.
• Shoei44 reserves the right to void, suspend, or withold payment on any bet where it reasonably suspects match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or other fraudulent activity.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of wager placement.
• All game outcomes on the Shoei44 casino are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical cards, balls, and wheels in real time and are not manipulated by the Platform.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on-screen and the result recorded on Shoei44's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record for settlement purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Shoei44 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Depositing or wagering with funds derived from illegal activity
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any form of fraudulent bonus manipulation
• Engaging in money laundering through deposits and withdrawals
• Coluding with other Players or third parties to achieve an unfair betting advantage
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other Players
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Shoei44 staff, support agents, or other users

Shoei44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools include deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion options accessible through the Account settings or by contacting our support team.

Shoei44 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy. We conduct periodic age verification checks and may request documentation at any time to confirm Player's eligibility. Accounts belonging to underage users will be immediately closed and all funds returned.

Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may submit a self-exclusion request via live chat or email. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months are available. During any self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and they will not receive promotional communications.

All content on the Shoei44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game interfaces, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Shoei44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of Shoei44.

Unauthorised use of Shoei44's intellectual property — including brand name, logo, or platform content — will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shoei44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Shoei44 shall not be liable for:

• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability due to maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service failures
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain credential security
• Any decisions you make based on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform
• Any delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers or financial institutions
• The outcome of any game or bet placed on the Platform

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Shoei44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Discovery that a User is underage, ineligible, or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Regulatory or legal obligation to do so

Upon Account closure, any funds held in a verified, good-standing Account will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method after applicable deductions for any outstanding bonus obligations. Funds associated with accounts suspended for fraud or Terms violations may be withheld pending investigation.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our24/7 live chat support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under Shoei44's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Shoei44 operates under international licensing. Players in Malaysia access the Platform subject to their own local laws and regulations, and are solely responsible for determining whether such access is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Shoei44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
